There is a wonderful all suite hotel closer to Mohegan Sun that is great. Families and visitors to Mystic are not their market. This hotel caters to Foxwood high rollers and the high end Oriental gambler. People we met that were staing at the Howard Johnson got better service, treatment and a warm pool area. Not enough hot water, no valet parking, no bellmen. Made us wonder if they were ever really washed. Our room was terrible Toilet not even bolted to the floor, stains on floor, intermittent heat, maids didnn't replace coffe cups daily only rinsed them out and put back on counter. We just stayed at the Nystic Hilton and both couples agree it was the WORST HOtel we have ever been to.
